1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date ✅ Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed ✅ Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached ✅ Item is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items that are returned in a condition that is not fully original (e.g., missing tags but otherwise unused)
- Items with minor signs of handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the product
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any duties or customs fees paid by the customer are non-refundable
3. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size received
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product upon arrival

We will ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected (or in the case of a defective item, after photo verification).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly with one of the following options:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Free replacement shipped at no additional cost
- Store credit (if preferred)
You do not need to return damaged or defective items in most cases.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
Step 1: Email us at support@activelift.us with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. ActiveLift is not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, making cancellation difficult.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@activelift.us with your order number.
If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once it is delivered.
9. Bundle & Multi-Item Orders
For bundle orders:
- The entire bundle must be returned to receive a full refund
- Partial bundle returns may be eligible for a partial refund based on the individual item value
- Exchanges within a bundle are handled on a case-by-case basis
