Overview

At ActiveLift, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States — all 50 states
  • International — select countries worldwide

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@activelift.us and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Shipping Times

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
United States 7 – 15 business days
International 7 – 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

  • Free Shipping — available on qualifying orders over $50 (United States)
  • Standard Shipping — flat rate applied for orders under $50 and all international orders

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

6. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ActiveLift is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

ActiveLift is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

If your package appears to be lost or damaged, please contact us at support@activelift.us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ActiveLift is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@activelift.us. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
